Most athletic training programs borrow. It’s far too much from a model of training. The nervous system is neglected. athletic ability Athletes only train using this approach. The muscle they develop has little. There is no Carryover to their sport. When performance is the goal, a better approach to training is needed. The focus should be on high quality movement or speed. It’s either power or functional strength. This was a program in the past. It is too complex for a budding athlete to follow. The supervision of a coach. I created the Total Power Training system because of this. TPT is a word. It is the first program of its kind. It’s easy to follow frame-work for athletes. Total. Here U.J.BT VEU -U.Ji1. There are a variety of easy to follow routines that will get the central nervous system excited.

A short but effective total body warm-up routine which breaks your body of restrictive patterning allows you to express your true athletic potential.

A wide-array of athletic training movements which can be easily swapped in and out of your program so you can train in any facility.

A systemic approach to clearing out muscle imbalances and re-aligning the body into the proper position to exhibit maximal speed, strength and power.

Regardless of sport, a plug and play system of training will make you a better athlete.

You can stay on the field, court or pitch the entire season with a different approach to injury prevention.

How was Total Power Training developed?

Total Power Training is a revolutionary performance training system. Chris Barnard is a Strength Coach at the University. The first training program designed to help athletes maximize their power without sacrificing development of sport specific skill is what it is.

A: Most training programs currently on the market are based around a non-functional approach to training. One of the few programs where the primary focus is shifted from the muscular system to the central nervous system is Total Power Training.

Is this program only for people who play sports?

Absolutely not. I work with a lot of athletes. The framework I use with my athletes is the Total Power Training program. If it can be used to transform this wide array of athletes into champion athletes, it will do the same for you.

Is my son old enough to follow your program?

Studies have shown that lifting weights does not cause damage to the epiphyseal plates. I know a lot of people who have followed this from 11 and up.
