Two yoga workouts to relieve stress and another to prevent stress in the future. The yoga class is led by a medical doctor. The stress prevention program helps you understand how your body carries stress. You can change your actions and postures to remove the underlying causes with that knowledge. The stress relief workout is more of a fix. It is designed to reduce mental and physical tension. Three, eight-minute bonus segments include relaxation, breathing and guided meditation.
