I am a personal trainer and boot camp instructor in California. I hold certifications through the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am a Russian Kettlebell Challenge Certified Instructor. My athletic achievements include playing football at the college level. I was in top shape when I played football. After a great college career and a cup of coffee, it was time to move on. The transition was smooth, except for personal fitness. I ended up at about 300 pounds. :

My fitness level began to decline.
